What is Arcendium?

Arcendium is a technology platform that provides structured access to verified strategy connections. It is not a broker, investment adviser, or fund manager. Users retain full control of their own accounts and trading decisions.
How are strategy providers reviewed?

All strategy providers must submit an application, provide supporting documentation including a complete trading account history covering a minimum of the last 12 months, and pass an administrative review before being listed publicly on the marketplace. Arcendium reserves the right to suspend or remove any provider at any time.
Are my broker credentials safe?

Account credentials are used only by Arcendium's secure server-side connection service and are never stored in plaintext or exposed in the user interface. Passwords are never shown after initial entry.
What platforms are supported?

Arcendium currently supports MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and cTrader for new trading-account connections.
How does the Arcendium scaling engine work?

Arcendium calculates portfolio scaling from the capital you allocate, the connected account’s balance and equity, available margin, the leverage relationship to the master account, your selected risk profile, and small-account protection rules. The result is recalculated as account conditions change rather than using a fixed one-size-fits-all multiplier.
Does Arcendium copy the Master’s trade size 1:1?

No. Arcendium uses a calculated scaling factor instead of blindly copying the Master’s lot size. Smaller accounts, lower leverage, reduced free margin, and more conservative risk settings can reduce the copied exposure to keep the follower account aligned with its selected capital and risk configuration.
What can I control in the scaling engine?

You choose the capital allocated to the strategy and your risk profile. Arcendium then manages the scaling calculation, leverage adjustment, margin buffer and portfolio exposure controls automatically. This keeps the setup focused on capital allocation and risk preferences rather than manual lot-size calculations.
Can I stop an allocation at any time?

Yes. Users can pause or stop any strategy link at any time from their dashboard. Stopping a link instructs Arcendium to pause new order mirroring. Existing open positions in your account are not automatically closed — users retain full control of their accounts.
How does the four-week free trial work?

Eligible new users can choose Arcendium Pro or Elite and begin with a 28-day free trial. A payment method is collected securely through Stripe, but the subscription is not charged until the trial ends. The trial is available once per user and can be cancelled before billing begins.
What fees does Arcendium charge?

Each strategy shows one clear monthly customer price. The amount varies by master and tier, and the complete total is shown before you activate or switch a strategy.
